First excelsior exam

Published

Hi, I am taking the Excelsior route, and I am bound and determined to finish by May. Is this possible working full-time? I work as a full time LPN, but I'm single with no children and this is my #1 priority. I am done with all courses with the exception of the seven nursing exams I have to take. I am preparing to take my transition exam, I have it scheduled for November 8th, and I took practice test A today with the score of 72. Any advice? Thanks, Jenn

Hello,

I think you are in the right place for advice. You may be able to finish all the course work, but will be waitlisted for a few months once you are eligible for the CPNE. I am also just begginning at Excelsior. I enrolled about a week ago and am awaiting my official evaluation. I have completed all the pre-req's and plan to start on Health and Safety ASAP or the Transition exam. I need to find out where I can get study materials...

Sounds like we are in about the same boat: Full time LPN in Sheridan Wy and have just recently enrolled. I would really like to share information as we progress. Stay in touch!
