First off - Congratulations!
Second - breathe - you know what you're doing and if you feel like you don't, ask for help.
Expect to be briefed on how where you work, well, works. I've had the fortune of working with preceptors who are very understanding of the learning curve. No one is going to expect you to know how everything works at the facility, but I imagine you'll be expected to make an effort to learn and not use being new as an excuse.
Good luck!
