[TD]Hello, all! I have a unique clearance card question. I have a friend with a level 1 fingerprint clearance card. She had been accepted to work as a caregiver in the area, but she has a driving restriction on the card for a DUI she accrued over 8 years ago. Since the DUI happened over 8 years ago and having no driving restrictions on the card would be most beneficial to her at this time. She is wondering how to have the driving restriction revoked from the card. There is one complication matter, though. She was convicted of criminal damage in 2016 or 2017. So, her question is this: she tries to have the DUI removed from the card, is there a chance that the fingerprint clearance card could be taken away? The fingerprint clearance car was issued in 2017.
