Hello. I am a licensed nurse in the state of texas since 2011 and currently working in Doha Qatar as an Interventional radiology nurse. Last 2019 my license got  expired and I did not renew, now I’m trying to renew my license in Texas BON Nurses Portal but they are requiring me to do fingerprinting in IdentoGO. I also emailed [email protected] regarding this matter to request for a hard copy fingerprint but until now there’s no mail coming from them. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. Can someone help me about this issue I would very much appreciate. Thank you!
