So I graduated in December of '18 and I got my license at the end of January of this year and it took me 3 months to find a job as a LPN in dialysis and I have been trying to find another job since I start back in March with no such luck. Seems like people want you to have experience as a LPN to hire you. Hope you find the job that is right for you, because it is tough out here.

Same here, and even with places that claim they accept new grads still seem to prefer those with experience. ??♀️

Dialysis as previously said is a fantastic speciality to do as a LPN and RN. Companies like Davita would have different contracts you can take which would possibly send you to a nearby hospital to do dialysis . Usually hospitals outsource dialysis. Use that opportunity to network.
Hospice also is a good speciality that would train you.
Public health like a clinic too.

What do you want to do! Do you like the elderly? Do hospitals in your area hire LPNs? What hours do you want? Do you want Monday-Friday office hours? There’s so many options. Go to your typical job search sites like indeed.com or monster.com ?
