Finding FNP job new grad.

I am a new FNP graduate, (in central Florida area)with over 18 years nursing experience in management, long-term care , in hospital patient PCU unit , endoscopy mostly Cardiology. I recently passed the ANCC examination and currently looking for employment . It has been very hard as everyone is asking for NP experience. I have shadowed in doctor's office primary and also Rehab Hospital with the hope of getting my foot in the door somewhere unfortunately they're not hiring.

I'm planning to go ahead and volunteer in another primary care office to increase my chances I am trying to work with our local FNP Association in my area. Any other suggestions are welcome, it's really frustrating waiting trying to find that first job; your comment is welcome and will be appreciated.
