where do i find summer intern/externships????

hello im a nursing student a private college in california. starting next week i will be in my second quarter of my ADN program. i was wondering if anyone had resources to how to find externship or internship over the summer. i would to do one over the summer to fill my time while im visiting in Seattle Washington. any advice will be so appreciative!

try looking at the local hospitals' websites. in my area, the hospitals have summer internships that you can apply for starting in february; they're usually listed under employment opportunities, under a "students" subsection. however it may be more difficult to get one out of state, because (at least from what i've seen) they tend to work with local schools, accepting students that have done clinicals within their system.
