Greetings to everybody. I am going to apply for nursing programme and need some advise could somebody tell me what to do if you are not eligible for FAFSA. Any other grants and scholarships? I really need them, but because of my document (I am on the pending, have social) can't be eligible unfortunaly. Another question i have 4 years unfinished bachelor degree. Finished the 4 year (8 semester), but then live my country and I didn't finish the exams for graduation. Do I have enroll for transfer student or freshman. Wich one gonna be lower price for me totally. Or any definition for transfer & freshman students about scholars, grants, financial aid. I am appreciate any advice and helps.

It sounds like your situation is pretty complicated. If you are trying to go to school in the United States, I suggest scheduling a meeting with the Financial Aid Office of your chosen school -- as well as a meeting with an academic adviser. They should be able to best answer your questions.
