Finally passed NCLEX-RN !!

Hello Everyone,

I am an internationally educated nurse who came to US after marrying to my husband.

Lately living in Texas and grilled by warm weather everyday :p

It was 4/24/2015 8am. I took NCLEX-RN for the second time.

I am a night owl who can't really function properly during the day time but worst of all by not getting any sleep.

My first time (03/07/2015 , 9:30am) was just horrible nightmare that I never ever experienced before during my school year and after.

I barely had any sleep during the night had stomach ache so bad.

Had 105 questions just rushed to get out of testing center and felt terrible afterwards.

I failed , been depressed about 2 weeks. :(

so this time I had my husband sleep on the couch the night before had about 7 hours sleep went to testing center in comfortable clothing.

I was more relaxed and took 2 break included unscheduled one.

I didn't even doubting myself when I feel like I was seeing one pop-up answers from

few questions. just hoping for the best... I guess :(

Computer kept going after 75 question and I thought , Ugh, again more questions ...

but It turned off after 2 more question.

77 questions plus abrupt finish gave me this weird feeling ( felt like butterfly in my stomach)

Since I felt much better than the last time and I remembered someone on this web site said believe in the feeling when you walk out testing center, I decided to think positively.

Following night I went to work and get off this morning.

I checked to see if quick result was available to purchase while I was at work waiting for my replacement for next shift.

I paid 7.95$ Once again, there it was, I PASSED !!

I am so happy that I finally finished sad journey of NCLEX. :(

I am also deeply appreciated to kind comments of few people when I post about my failure first time and hoping for the best of everyone.

Thank you.

I already used Saunders review book and lippincott Q & A for the first time but didn't finish partial comprehensive tests in Q&A book. So I finished those and did more questions through CD comes with book

+ any mobile app about NCLEX RN . Especially Ultimate NCLEX RN + pharm , infection control prints from this web site. I do have short attention span so I did less than 30 questions once for often or more when I could.

Congratulations :)

Congrats!!! Sometimes our nerves get the best of us!
