I'm having a hard time researching the nursing council websites in Europe because it's not in english. Or maybe I should go to the European embassies in Metro Manila? I really have no idea! I want to take this opportunity for it's stressful get in the middle of a long queue in countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Au, and NZ.

A lot will depend on which European country you want to work in, it will be in their home language and you will be expected to be fluent in their home language.

Each European country will have their own requirements on both work and RN status, each country will also expect you to be fluent in their language especially if you are not covered by the EU treaty coming from another EU country as a citizen. There is no such thing as a EU license although generally if trained in the EU as a EU citizen you can move around the EU to work, requirements still have to be met however as a EU citizen a work permit isn't required, therefore if not from within the EU and a work permit is required you may have problems finding employer willing to go that route.
