A good plan is getting eligibility to sit CRNE and then once in Canada look for a employer and start TWP process. However the process can take several months and you do need a medical as part of the TWP process and you have to wait for them to tell you to get your medical and it has to be with an approved center (they can be found on the CIC website) Be aware you may not be able to stay in Canada the full duration, a lot will depend on how long you have been given when entering the country

Suggest a good read as there are several threads discussing Canada and TWP process

thank you so much. I hope i could still find an employer esp now that there are many nurses applying for canada. thanks.

There are several provinces that have either stopped hiring IEN's, put a freeze on hiring staff completely so a lot will depend on the province
