A good plan is getting eligibility to sit CRNE and then once in Canada look for a employer and start TWP process. However the process can take several months and you do need a medical as part of the TWP process and you have to wait for them to tell you to get your medical and it has to be with an approved center (they can be found on the CIC website) Be aware you may not be able to stay in Canada the full duration, a lot will depend on how long you have been given when entering the country
