hi everyone! i need help! well, i have this research study about "the responses of obstetric, gynecology and delivery room patients to male nurses attending to their needs"...I am looking for an original survey tool orany questionnaires that is being used regarding this topic... the survey tool (if any ) will add to the significance of our research..i can't find any but i'm still hoping that there is. anyway, i will continue on searching...pls help!!! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

The first thing you should do is write to the author of the reasearch study, tell her what your school assignment is, and ask him/her if they would be willing to share their assessment tool with you. I did this for my research project and got back a huge manilla envelope with the author's tools and a whole bunch of other information. I wouldn't stop there either. Look at the researcher's references. Track those people down and write them for their tools as well. Most researchers have done this and are used to having people ask about their research. Most will gladly share the materials they have since they understand that their research was built upon that of others before them, and that others coming after them will build upon what they have discovered. If you can get a librarian to help you find a copy of the original unabridged research, the assessment tool should be included in it, in the appendix of the work. Good luck!
