Felony charge from 2004

Hi,

I’m hoping someone can help me.

short story - In 2004 I was living in Florida with a drug addict husband who had just taken all of our money. He convinced me to pawn a tv that was rented. I was later charged with a felony fraud charge. I completed all community service, probation, fines, etc. since this took place I was divorced, remarried, never in any other trouble. I just applied for my nursing license in NJ and now have to wait for the board to review. Does anyone have any experience with this. I was offered a job but am waiting on the board. Can anyone shed some light on the time or process. Thanks!
