to whom it may concern, it feels so good to be back at this wonderfully interesting and informative site. i have been away dealing with life (as we all do) but i checked my old posts (what drama i had) and my heart was warmed by all of the compassionate hearts and strong minds that reached out to me via this site. i want to say who really cares, but i know the people here really do care--i finally finished school!!!!! i graduated dec of 05, it was touch and go (that HESI almost got me, and i did get fired from my unit secretary job at the hospital that i wanted to begin my RN career at--i was born there; it would have been cool) but i preservered and made it through!!!! i am studying for my boards right now, and hope to sit for nclex as soon as possible!!! i am so proud of myself and i know that when one door closes another will open, but here at allnurses, the doors are always open. thank you again, and i hope to visit here as long as i can keep my internet service on!!!!!hahaha....i will post more as i can!:balloons:
now here comes the whiny begging for advice part: where should i go to work???
that is the dilemma that i am faced with because i know that i can conquer all the rest:uhoh3: !!!!!!!!! any advice, opinions, feel free...
ps-live on the south side of chicago, hate to drive!!!!

What about Little Company of Mary? I've heard good things about it.
Congratulations, and good luck!

thanks for the quick help. i was actually fired from advocate trinity in march. i fought it thru arbitration, but lost after three meetings. so that really messed me up because trinity is at the low end of a fine corporation--advocate. there were some good places that i wanted to check out--christ being the main one. but ingalls and little co of mary are good options!!! i will write them down!!! thanks again,,,,bye for now:)

ps--they aren't affilliated with advocate are they??? i forget....gotta check that out....:)
Christ is, but Ingalls and LCOM are not. LCOM is run by the nuns who started SXU.......Go Cougars! :paw:
