I am transitioning from freshman nursing student to sophomore ns. I am feeling somewhat lost right now. I do not really have a job. I have been in school for 3 years, and I am finding that I am not enjoying this "time off" in the summer. Is that normal?
I am taking a summer class, but it is on the internet. It's not the same... It's like my drive is missing. Any thoughts?

You're getting burned out --- normal for nursing students because of all the time spent in school. The most important thing you can do for yourself here on out is make sure you get time off.....go camping, go to another city for a few days, just get out of the area and relax. If you stay around home and tell yourself you'll stay away from school, it won't work because it is ingrained in nursing students to study every waking moment. You have to force yourself to get away.
