Favorite Clinical Apps -- Go!

Published

I'm going into family clinic practice as an FNP soon and would love to hear what practicing NPs are actually using. 5 minute clinical consult has a lot of advertising behind it, but I don't know if people find it useful. For $99/year, I'd love some feedback on that one.

My favorites in school:

ASCVD Suite

MPR

ePSS

PR Letter

CDC contraception

Lexicomp

Ok, now your turn. What should I download for actual practice?

Thanks!

Here are some that weren't mentioned:

- CDC Vaccine Schedule

- GoodRx - This one is great, find the lowest local prices for prescriptions

- NPWH (NPs in Women's Health) - tool for guiding well woman visit

- Preop Eval (walks you through preop evaluation and clearance)

- CDC STD tx guide

LactMed @NIH - for breastfeeding patients

Medscape

ASCCP ( pap guidelines )
