Fat Guy Scrubs

I'm 6 feet 250 mostly in my gut and I've tried on carharrts, dickies eds, and Cherokee. Carharrts fit the best I can crouch down and cross my arms across my chest without restriction. Dickies eds pants are great but the shirts restrict me crossing my arms across my chest. They did not have the sizes in the stores to see if going a size up would help that. Cherokee unisex the pants that are big enough for me to crouch are too baggy. The ones that aren't too baggy restrict me when I crouch. The tops drape off my gut. The mens pants are good.

I'm big as well, 6'6", topped out close to 280, closer to 250 now.

Carhart bottoms are long enough in the tall variety, plus have a drawstring AND belt loops. Wink brand bottoms are actually a smidge too long in the tall for me, so you may have to hem them unless you are very long legged. I much prefer the Carhart due to the pocket configuration (double cargo pockets on both legs).

As far as tops go, none of them come in talls. I found that the Wink brand is cut purposefully so that the arms have more movement without raising the bottom of the shirt. In other words, Wink doesn't raise up so far when you reach your arms above your head. Cherokee and Carhart show all sorts of midrift, so I stay exclusively with Wink for tops. I also like their pocket configuration (double chest pocket, bilateral hand pockets).

If you are unsure, just order a few brands and styles, but make sure the online vendor has a return policy.
