hey did anyone else apply to famu nursing program for fall 2017

Does anyone know when we should expect calls for interviews? Also are any of us FAMU students?

I've heard that they don't do the interview process anymore. It didn't state in our email of confirmation that we will go through that process.

Oh wow ! On previous email confirmations, did it state that there would be an interviewing process?

yes they did . but I called and they said they do not do interviews anymore

so you prefer the interview. I know this whole process is nerve wrecking

The interview would've been interesting! Just to meet some of the faculty and staff . My statement was quite long so I believe that all possible interview questions can be answered in my statement . I just hope that they don't lean on gpa and grades as a driving force to how they select applicants. Nonetheless I'm still excited.

Hopefully we hear something back sooner than August 10th then ... since there is no interviewing process.

Im extremely nervous! I applied for TCC as well for the Fall and didn't make the cut. Now I'm waiting to hear from FAMU. I have 3.4 GPA
