FALSE accusations of implied drug diversion turned over to Ga BON, without investigating/contacting me….

After 20+ yrs of Nursing with an untouched license I failed a drug test , however it was failed with my legal Tx that I had on hand . Unfortunately I had not disclosed my RX with my employer due to shady adm. that will use to ther advantage. Ten months after my failed test and termination of course, I recieved the dreaded certified envelope from Sec of State containing a confidential order for  me to undergo a mental health/addiction assessment by a Board approved MD that has to see what u are been assessed for . Well to my complete shock , the first paragraph of my confidential order implies that I was involved I. A Drug Diversion !’ A straight freakin LIE!! Well just so I want take up ten pages? Long story shorter, a month ago while awaiting my hearing date I recieved a letter in mail that was marked certified however it was just poked in there among the latest sale paper, the contents informed me that my license have been indefinitely suspended because I did not appear in court on Aug 27,2024.... I had absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of my court date, I filed a motion to reconsider this decision , I would be completely surprised if the Judge even saw it. I'm almost at my end with this TRAUMATIC EXP. Can anyone relate?
