Yes I did one when I worked on a Stroke Rehab Unit about 10 yrs ago - stupid me didnt keep a copy for myself and left it on the ward when I left for my current position!

Basically what I did I catorgorised the Patients into different CVA's - i.e. R Hemiplegia/L Hemiplegia etc then worked on the time they fell, where they fell what they were doing when they fell etc etc. It made some interesting info come to light - certain Stroke Patients were more likely to fall at certain times or going to the toilet etc - I am sorry I cant be more specific as I cant remember all the relevant info now... I did satrt doing one where I work but dont seem to have the time to do it unfortunately :rolleyes:
