I am currently completing pre-req and was wondering if I could still submit my official transcript to NursingCAS for that school prior to receiving my final grade.

I am pretty sure we can submit our app while prereqs are still in the process of completion (please correct me if I am wrong) so I think it would be okay to submit but wanted to double check. Thanks!

Yes, you can! I’d suggest completing and submitting your application as soon as possible since they have begun accepting students. Send all official transcripts to NursingCAS as they request and then once admitted to MNU, you will later send the final and completed transcript to MNU. But yes, just as long as all prerequisites are completed before the start of the program with the needed grades is what matters! I think I saw somewhere that they have to have the final transcript within the first few weeks of school, their main concern is that you get the classes done before the program starts. Oof—definitely a long answer but didn’t want to leave anything out! Best of luck :)

All of my application materials were verified to be reviewed on March 18th but I have yet to hear anything back..! ? I didn’t think it would take this long but has anyone heard back from MNU through mail/email/phone calls regarding acceptance?

Hi Baitee! Did you make sure everything was verified and that the application was submitted? I completed mine back in January so don’t remember exactly how it worked. Have you paid/submitted it? Also, did you apply to MNU from their website? That is also needed! I heard via phone call and then an email the next day. Good luck and hopefully everything works out!!

Hi Baitee--I'm pretty sure the 2nd window for applicants is being reviewed mid-May. So you should be hearing from them soon hopefully. I'm still anxiously waiting as well.

Thanks for the replies! I had called MNU a week or so ago to triple check that all my application items were in and paid. And I’m all good! The person I spoke on the phone with said that the admissions committee was going to meet sometime soon for the next round of review.

So I’m nervously and anxiously waiting to hear back!??

Hello Everyone,

I am glad to see a forum for fall 2021. Congrats to the ones that I have been accepted and for the ones that are still waiting, I hope you will hear good news soon. I submitted my application end of January and ended up receiving my acceptance in April via txt and email.
Are any of you on facebook? We could create a group there to keep in contact prior to our start date.

I just heard via phone call last Thursday of my acceptance! I recently deactivated my social media but would consider bringing back my FB to interact with everyone.
