Fall 2020 Kennesaw State University

Hi guys!

I'm applying to KSU's fall program, but I'm not sure if my scores are competitive enough and I'm honestly really nervous about them. I hope everyone else did well though!

Overall GPA: 3.75

Science GPA: 3.8 (I think, I tried to calculate it but...I'll just put my individual scores up just to make sure)

A&P 1 with lab: A

A&P 2 with lab: A

Chem 1151 with lab: A

Chem 1152 with lab: B

Microbiology with lab: A

TEAS Score: 81.3

I'm really insecure about my teas score? I heard a lot of the people who apply have an 84 and above. Do you think I have a chance of getting in? I'm probably going to try to apply to Georgia State University as well

Hi!! I've also applied to the Nursing program at KSU for Fall 2020. I applied for the Accelerated BSN program, so I have no idea how they'll judge the GPA part. Good luck! I haven't applied to any other program, so I'm still thinking about applying to Emory's program.

I have a BS in Marketing from USC; GPA: 3.4

Science GPA: 4.0

I'm finishing Micro and Lab this semester

TEAS: 92.7

Can't wait until April to hear! I'm hoping we hear back sooner.

? wow I feel like your gonna have such a great chance of getting accepted! Your stats are really good. Yea I would definitely try applying there too I feel like the more options the better ??‍♀️

Hey!! Applying to the Accelerated Program as well. Also curious how they will account for previous GPA.

BA from University of Georgia: 3.48

Science GPA: 4.0

Combined GPA: 3.6

TEAS: 92.7

All my prereqs are complete, so fingers crossed! Good luck everybody!

Hey, guys.

I applied for the traditional program in the Fall. I wish they would hurry up and send out letters.

Overall GPA 3.86

Science GPA 4.0/ finishing micro

I applied to the accelerated program as well. Last year, the ones where we are now found out by e-mail on 3/29. So, it shouldn’t be much longer. I wish you all well!

Yes! Luckily I spoke to admissions, and they said we should hear something at the end of March. Hopefully they don't push it back!

Has anyone heard how school closings will change admissions decisions? I'm worried we won't hear anything for a while.

I asked them earlier today, and they said there would be no changes to the timeline as of today. They are still reviewing applications and will be giving out responses soon.

Nope, I haven’t heard anything yet. LOL this week is testing my patience. quarantined constantly checking my email.

I saw on a thread here that the 2017 fall cohort received their letters on March 24th. So, I’m crossing my fingers for something tomorrow.
