Fall 2021 Ivy Tech Hopefuls

Published

I know we still have a month before results are released, but is anyone as nervous as I am? Also, I figured this would be a way for us all to come together and discuss scores and campuses we have chosen.

Thank you so much!

How's everyone feeling? Im getting really nervous!

I’m soooo nervous. First rounds go out tomorrow!! Did everyone calculate their scores including the college algebra class to get their total? I did before they decided that the math course was no longer apart of the requirements to apply.

How did it go for you guys?

Didn’t get accepted. I applied Valpo ASN only with 129.76 points. I saw a girl on the FB group I’m in who didn’t get an offer with 136 points at Valpo which is crazy to me...so I have no hope of getting in this semester I’m sure. Focusing on Spring I guess.

Oh, are you Malea? If so I saw your post in the FB group. I do know that 2 valpo spots are opening up though so don't give up yet! If you don't get it, I know of 2 classes you can take for fall that will count towards your nursing degree that you would have to take snyways!

@Nmott4491 yes that’s me!! Is it micro? I still have to take that at some point. All of my general ED and co reqs other than that transferred. I have a bachelors from ball state in an unrelated field but had a lot of credits transfer for the program. Did you get accepted somewhere!?

I was accepted. Don't be discouraged there will be more rounds and alot of the people accepted 1st round had 3 offers meaning 2 more slots will be open second round.

@MM0428 Actually, that's one of the choices but you can also do Chem or advanced Physiology. I think ill choose Physiology. Also you need an extra Psych. I thought Health Psychology could be interesting. I got an offer at South Bend but I asked around and can't do it with sitters and such so I declined and am hoping for another round.

I was accepted to Bloomington campus! Anyone going to Bloomington?

Anyone know what's next? I have been checking my email so much for the further instructions.
