Fall 2018 acceptance to Saint Luke's College of Nursing KC

Has anyone applied to the BSN program here at Saint Luke's college of nursing in Kansas City for the fall of 2018? If so, has anyone heard from them as far as acceptance into the program or whatnot?

Mine said pending the entire time for the Fall '18 semester. It didn't change until it went to stand-by list! I wouldn't worry too much about it! I know the feeling though! I definitely called all the time. I really hope we hear really soon! I'm anxious to know already! I hope all you ladies get in!!

Hello all, I checked my portal today and mine says Application Completed. I haven't received a letter and I was told the same thing in regards to when we will hear back. I'm guessing maybe in the next couple of weeks we should hear something. Good luck!

Same! Saint Luke's might have THE longest wait to find out about getting in or not. It drives me crazy!! I just want to know so I can figure out my next steps!

I check the portal about 10 times a day, like a crack head!! smh.... I will probably throw up when it actually says something different!!

That was me in the fall semester. The closer we get to the end of September/Beginning of October the more I am checking. Last semester I think I checked everyday for two months about ten times a day. I tried not to stress myself out as much this time. HA.

I agree! I was like that all spring/summer for the Fall 2018 semester. This time around I figured the stress wasn't worth it & decided to just check it on Fridays. It's been tough. Hahaha.

So I called the school to see when letters will be mailed. I was told the letters will be mailed out next week or early October. That they go out in groups of 25 - 30. So depending on when the group gets out, we should be hearing at about 3-4 weeks the latest. Hopefully it doesn't take that long. :)

The portal will update before the letters are sent if this is true. I check it nonstop like a lunatic. I am making myself sick. lol Do you know how many applicants there were this cycle? They had an open house yesterday, I should have went. I would have asked so many questions they would have put me out.

I always here spring is less. Hopefully that's true. I'm anxious to find out myself. I'm trying not to check too frequently but my will power is becoming weaker and weaker the closer we get to the date. The portal definitely updated for fall before I ever got my letter. So hopefully it updates soon!! Maybe next week???

My portal was updated the last Monday of March for the Fall 2018 start and I received my letter a week after that. So I'm sure we'll see it there firdt. I did not ask how many applicants there were in this cycle, but I've heard it's usually about 200. For Fall they get anywhere between 300-400. & I also keep checking my portal at least once a day too. I was fine but since we are SO close to the date, I started to check constantly again.

I heard they are working in alphabetical order so I am screwed lol. It'll be a while for me. My sister applied and got in for Spring 2017. Her portal updated on the 21st and she got the letter on 10/04. I just wonder if the new admissions staff may slow the process a bit. Just tell me! lol I need to go find a hobby to get my mind off of it. I am going to cry either way!
