Failed NCLEX 2x, need help and motivation

Published

Ok Nurising family I need your help. I am turning to you for help and motivation. I graduated nursing school in Dec of 2013 and first took the NCLEX in March of 2014 and failed. I know I underestimated the test because I was a 3.5gpa student. I took a month to have my pity party, regrouped and studied. I did the Kaplan book and their test bank. I took the test again in July 2014 and I failed again.

Between July 2014 and now I have no excuse. I have lied to myself and given myself excuses, but all they are is excuses. I was scared of the 3rd and final shot here in Florida. I am determined to pass this test. I just enrolled in Hurst to brush up on knowledge base, after I plan on doing Uworld. Any helpful tips or encouragement would be appreciated.

I just took the test two days ago and passed . I would suggest that you defintly know your content and do alot of questions . I did atleast 200 a day or more but i passed the second time around . Big tip on the nclex is how are you answering the question. Read the question and notice words like only, or always those questions are not right . Its all about test taking skills bursh up on those and you will pass

I graduated in 2011 and I was scared to take it but I finally sat for it this April and passed! I did hurst to help me refresh and UWoRLD!!! I did the whole bank of questions I read all the rationales! My average was 47% which scared me at first but I passed the nclex! I felt like uworld was very similar to the nclex! Just make sure you understand why you picked the right or wrong answer! Good luck you can do it!!!!
