Hello all
I am just seeking advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
I have failed my NCLEX for a fourth time in CANADA.
In the province I reside in, after three attempts, you need to submit to them a written letter etc to be granted a fourth.
The granted me a fourth - and here's to hoping they see how close I was and grant me a fifth.
Has anyone been in a similar situation as I ?
Furthermore -
What else can I do with my degree if not nursing.
Someone please help
Do you understand why you are failing? You have had 4 shots at something that most people only get three at, and you want another. There is something that you are not grasping here. You need to identify that instead of repeating the same thing over and over. Otherwise, even if you are granted a fifth try, you will fail again. I would maybe see if it would be beneficial to try and do a refresher course or something before even attempting to write a letter and see if you can take again. It doesn't matter if you study 16 hours a day for months on end, if you don't understand the concepts taught to you it doesn't matter because you don't understand what you are studying or why this answer is the way it is.
I would start looking for a back-up plan. See what classes you took in the prereqs that would apply to another degree.
