Hi,

I just found out i failed the NCLEX. I want to come to the US to do some travelling so don't really mind too much which state i start in. I applied 1st to NYS and have to wait 91 days to re-sit. Does anyone know if there's any way i can re-sit more quickly? Would it be possible to apply to another state & re-sit sooner?? I'd be really grateful for some advice. I can't wait to get over there!

Hello scottishRGN,

I am also an applicant for the NY State NCLEX, the waiting period for you to take again is 45 days only, they have revised it already. And retesting for the NY BON is no hassle at all...you only have to register for the NCLEX-RN exam again with Pearson and pay them $200, and then you wait for your ATT in like less than 5 days (as in my case), then, you schedule for your test. As simple as that. God bless on your coming exams! :)
