Do you remember any of the questions that you struggled with? Was it Biology? Chemistry? Earth Science? - My test was all over the place. I'd suggest that you brush up on basic concepts in the sciences. I didn't feel like the study guide prepared me well enough for the science section either. Luckily I still passed though. I was strong enough in the other areas to take a bit of a hit with the science. (I hope) We'll see - I have to wait it out till they send out letters in September.
But if I had to do it over again, I would definitely brush up on biology, stuff on plants, and do a little more brushing up on my chemistry.
I agree with not taking it again until you are confident you can pass it and not just barely passing, but passing well. Focus on the areas you struggled with.
Don't feel bad I scored a 68 the first time and a 82 the second time, my score went up in math and reading and I even got a 100 on one of the english sections. English is the weakest subject and I had to work extra hard. You should have received a print out on each area. I would suggest that you focus on those areas that you scored the lowest on. Science is kind of a hit or miss. Of course make sure that you know your conversions and ratios because that is important when you are in nursing. All I can tell you is to study and practice. Hopes this helps.

I just did my Teas test and I got an overscore of 67%.
I have been studing with the teas study guide but the science that was in the study guide was nothing like the test. I need any help I can get, this is my last step before I get in to nursing school. If I fail three times I am going to have to wait another year, and I dont want to do that. Please help me.
