Experienced RN considering a move to Charlotte NC

Hello, I've been a nurse for 14years. I've worked med tele, ICU, ER and currently CVIR. I'm looking to move to the Charlotte N/C area.

I'm posting to seek any insight or guidance as to what hospital or department you guys might recommend. Also whats the expected salary for the area?
