what are excelsior test like?

Can anyone tell me what the EC test are like? Are they like NCLEX style? Are they like the practice test you can get from them? Are they like traditional nursing school test? I would appreciate info. because I had trouble with traditional school test and getting info. before I try the Excelsior problem. Thanks!

All of the Nursing Concepts tests are multiple choice.l If you download the free content guide from Excelsior College website, there will be a 25 question practice exam at the end of the guide. This is a really good example of what the real test question are like. I would also recommend when you are getting ready to test for the NC exams, that you purchase the practice exams from Excelsior College. I think they are about $65 for two practic exams, and well worth the money. I have used them for NC 3, 4, 5, and 6, and found them really helpful. Not only do they give you an idea of what the exam questions are like, but many are similar to exam questions you will get on the actual exam. Good luck with your testing!
