Can anyone tell me what the EC test are like? Are they like NCLEX style? Are they like the practice test you can get from them? Are they like traditional nursing school test? I would appreciate info. because I had trouble with traditional school test and getting info. before I try the Excelsior problem. Thanks!

You can go through I study smart program to start the excelsior program, this is what I am thinking about doing. Go to this link to find out more on this approach to excelsior nursing school. It is frustrating when you can't get a straight response. Through I study, they will send you a brochure and other materials upon request which says and explains a lot. I have been researching a lot and can't find to many online ASN programs, I heard about one in Florida that has no clinicals and posted about it to see if it is really true. I want to research all other online schools before I go with excelsior. I talked to some people who have gone through excelsior program and reccomended it and said they would go through it again. I have looked into Excelsior college and am thinking of going there. I have completed more than 50% of a traditional nursing program, which qualifies me for the program. I only have to take the 7 nursing courses, all my other classes transfer over. My question is I had problems with test taking in traditional school and am wondering how the test are at this school. Are they similar to NCLEX test? Are they similar to the practice test they give you with the program? I am hoping that excelsior test will be better than traditional school test, because this was the only problem I was having. One other question, Does anyone know of any other online ASN programs out there? I have heasr there is one based out of Florida but search and search and cannot find anything on it. Please let me know your thoughts/experiences on other online schools and excelsiors program. I heard the Florida online school does not have a clinicals or clinical test, is this true?
