I took Micro/BioI/BioII when I got my Respiratory degree in '97 (so I took the classes in '95). They were all 4 hour classes with labs. I recently heard from someone that those courses were too old and I'd have to retake them or test out of them.
Anyone know if this is true or not??
Is there a time frame for classes before they "expire"?
Thanks again in advance!

Excelsior accepted several of my credits that were pretty old--10+ years! I ended up finishing my degree with a traditional school, but I never had a problem with my credits being "too old."

Ditto.
The only courses older than 5 years they won't accept are nursing courses.

I had to retake A&P I, A&P II and Micro because they were more than 5 years old--that seems to be the standard for "regular" (e.g., not distance learning) schools, at least in Texas. (Believe me, I needed to retake them--and it was a good way to build up my study muscles for the long haul ahead.....)
Although I thought because of the NLN and the NCLEX being a national exam, that in order to be accredited, this was the sort of thing they had to adhere to.
Best thing is to just ask the school.....
