My best friend is a dependent wife in the armed services. She's interested in signing up for Excelsior College but her husband might have orders to California. She wants to know I'd there anyone who lives in California and able to work as a RN in that state. . Please let me know she's very concerned.

I would like to have information how he did this and when. If you can message me please. I am willing to try to sue as well. I think it is ridiculous if you have a BSN or MSN and over 5-10 years RN experience and can not get a license in CA. Ill try anything. I tried finiding an ADN school even and no one wants to let in an experienced RN who is already licensed.

Chris how did you ever figure this out? I am going through the same issue and looking for any possible solution. I spoke to the governor's office and was told nothing could be done.
