Evidence of Practice

hi everyone 

I was wondering if you can help me with this question. CNO has asked to provide with evidence of practice because I haven't worked as RN past 10 years. Although I have completed my education in ontario. After searching colleges/universities I don't see any RN refresher courses...does that mean I have to complete school all over again?
