Every Shift I got heavier assignment

I am a senior LPN working for hospital for 7 years now, except the half year when I was pregnant, every shift I got labour intensive assignment; today I talked with a senior RN, she said she noticed that and she is in the same boat like me, so we figure out the management is intentional to give us heavier (labour intensive) assignment, to force the senior staffs to leave;

Another senior RN was forced to retire due to everyday the heavier assignment, I want to ask: where can we go to complain?

Our assignments are made by the charge nurse. Management has nothing to do with the assigning of patients. Do you have a union?

Usually it's just a matter of perception.
