@medlove... Were you ever able to buy an edition lower than the one asked ? Such as 7th edition instead of 8

Okay I'm filling out the info on the evcbackgroundcheck for the immunizations and I'm confused lol Where it says mask fit test then provider, who do I put as the provider? Same for the acceptance and responsibility form

Also I faxed all the paperwork. It was easier :)

lol your funny! I received an email from them with a copy of confirmation that I was current with all paper work needed which I printed and saved. It don't take them long maybe a few days!
