Hello!

I am creating this space for those that are applying to EVC's nursing program  in 2025

I spoke to the nursing program counselor and he told me we will find out until early Summer since they're still reviewing applications 😭 I was already looking forward for next week. 😭😭

OMG WHAT?? Did he tell you when specifically? I also thought they'd be sending out emails at the end of April 😞

WHATT! I was hoping we'd hear back next week😭😭 if I'm honest though, that doesn't surprise me at all because they pulled the same thing last year and sent out letters so late. Everything was a mess because some applicants weren't counted for the points they clearly deserved on their apps. It's OK tho. It sucks but I'd rather have them be delayed for a bit than some not getting in because of an error on their end.

He didn't specify a date but said they still have a lot of applications that need to be reviewed.

I've been so anxious waiting to hear back. I was really hoping we'd find out next week. I keep checking the status of my application like every day. The nursing counselor also said last year's cutoff was 62 points, which actually makes me feel a lot more hopeful!

I wonder why they reopened the application?

@twili that's odd. They haven't even check our applications and now  they want more.

I just received a rejection email. This year's cut off was 74 points. I had 72 points.

Just received a rejection email. But who was chosen as an alternate? I thought I'd at least make the cut as an alternate.

I received a rejection letter right now. I had 80 points... they said they had over 600 applicants.

Sorry about that! May I ask did they say the cutoff was 74? Thank you

Same, anybody on the alternate list?
