Anyone here included a second language letter in their application? If so, which format did you follow?

I had my employer draft up in official company letterhead a simple paragraph explaining I'm fluent in said language and that I can read, speak, and write in the language at my workplace. Simple should do the trick!

I read about 34 students but unsure how accurate that is.
