Ethics vs Bioethics

I am using EC for the RN-BSN. I need the ethics credit..I have the books and a study guide...but I am finding it SO dry and boring. I just cannot seem to get motivated to study it. Unlike Pathophysiology, which I just took, this stuff is new to me. I looked at the study guide for Bioethics and it seemed to appeal to me much more than regular ethics. Has anyone taken either/or? What is your opinion? The bioethics seemed much more geared to where my studies/knowledge/experience have been so far...and it is worth that needed ethics/humanities upper level credit! Thanks for any feedback!

i am taking a course called "the sociology of health and illness". it is filled with bioethics and because i am a nurse is a great interest to me. what i have found in taking this course (i am a sociology major) is most people think like soc students where as i think like a nurse. been a soc student about 1.5 years and a nurse since birth. so my opinions come from the medical aspect rather than the soc stand point. thats the only difficult thing about this class for me...
