Essex County College Fall 2019 Nursing

Published

Hey I'm wondering if anyone here applied to the ECC Fall 2019 Nursing program and I'm wondering how they did on the Teas , and what their GPA is !

Good luck to all. I am so anxious, I can’t wait until July. I hope they tell us in early July.

Thanks, I think we all are lol, but I'm sure we'll find out by the end of June.

Hiya! My name is Maddie, and I just finished my first year at ECC Nursing. You’ll probably find out around June 20th ?

Hi everyone! My name is Maddie, and I just finished my first year of ECC Nursing. I actually made a Facebook group called “Essex County College Nursing” which has a TON of FAQ on it, and the profile picture is purple. Answer the questions it asks you and I’ll add you in when I get a chance ? good luck everyone!!

Please let me know when you guys hear back.

Essex doesn’t look at your whole teas score. They look at your reading and math. I know someone that applied last year with a 3.8 gpa and a 90 on the teas and didn’t get in.

Are you sure about these grades? There has to be other factors as to why they didn't get in. A score of 90 means a high average in each individual section.

Yes, are you sure about this? I just finished my first year and I’m an alternate.. 3.71 GPA and I got a 64 on the TEAS. What even LOL

Well she could be lying about her score.

Also they go by race.

What does that even mean?

Also, I find it very hard to believe that someone with such high scores didn’t get it. What would be the point of inviting said person to take the TEAS. If this is true, it would be very discouraging.

I know of one person who got in last year. She scored in the 60ties, but had close to 4.0 GPA.
