ER RN moving to TN from Illinois

Hello, my wife and I are contemplating moving to the beautiful state of TN. We are both BSN Rn's in Illinois with years of experience. Her speciality is Urology/ Nephrology and I enjoy Emergency medicine. She makes $30/hr and I'm making $31/hr. We have two kids and two puppy girls. Is it unreasonable to expect the same pay in TN?
