enquiry about "certificate of good standing"

I m holding New Zealand and China nursing licences, currently I m practicing in China as a registered nurse.When I renew the annual practicing certificate in New Zealand, the nursing council of New Zealand ask me to provide "certificate of good standing" from Chinese health professional authority which I m registered with.But the problem is, the Chinese health professional authority said to me they have never ever given this kind of certificate before,they even dont how and what to write on the certificate.

Can someone kindly help me out, maybe give me a kind of template of "certificate of good standing"
