ENPC/TNCC teaching ideas

Teaching TNCC and ENPC can be dry and boring, but I want to make my courses as fun and memorable as possible. As I observe more instructors I am learning cool ways to illustrate concepts. I would like this thread to be a place for us to share ideas. For example one instructor passed around a plastic baggie of rice crispies to illustrate how crepitus feels. Please share your ideas or ask about difficult concepts to illustrate.

Another idea for teaching ocular injuries use grapes. Ask students which is better blunt or penetrating trauma to the eye. Stab a grape with a toothpick to show penetrating trauma. Now squish a grape between your fingers. Now which do they think is better.
