I studied nursing in Puerto Rico. I passed the NCLEX for the state of Connecticut, but I want to apply for a multistate license in the state of Wisconsin because my family live there and I am moving in two months. Do I need to pass an English proficiency test to work as registered nurse in WI? Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, but some states require us to take the TOEFL, PTE Academic or IELTS.
