Enforcement Review-unpaid tickets

I have a misdemeanor C from 2009 and had to send a declaratory order etc, I got my letter stating i was approved to sit for my licences. Well in March I got pulled over for speeding and was taken to Jail from 2 unpaid traffic violations from 2011, as soon as I was booked I paid my fine and the my charge was disposed, about a week later I got a letter in the mail asking me to fill out a declaratory form and a letter about the incident, I did as I was told and sent my court papers in showing that i paid the traffic violations and now I receive a letter stating i have to pay 150 so it can go into Enforcement Review, anyone have any similar experiences I was worried about my misdemeanor C and was excited when I got approved and now this.. Have you heard anything back after paying your fee?? If so how long did it take them to reply after they sent you to enforcement?? I am on the same boat but i just sent my money order a week ago!!... Thank you in advance and have a great day!!
