Endorsing from Texas to California

Hello guys,

Has there anyone out there that has endorsed their RN license from Texas to California? My situation is a bit tricky, I was a LVN in California I did the whole live scan for it and everything. I moved to Texas to do the LVN-RN bridge and obtained a Texas license, I am wanting to endorse it to California. Problem is will I need to do another live scan? I have asked contacted board but they don't answer the phone I also emailed them but did not get a response. I am wanting to know will my LVN live scan still be active or will I have to redo that process in order to endorse? Its difficult for me to redo a live scan because I am currently living in Japan due to the military. Any help or advice is appreciated I just want to be prepared and have my California license on hand, I don't want them to delay it any longer than I have to. I heard endorsing to California is a nightmare. Thank you in advance!!
