Endorsement to CA, DC is not an option to licensed state?

Hey nurses,

I am recently trying to endorse my RN license to CA. When I was filling out the online CA endorsement application, one of the questions was asking about which state I got my license by examination from-- there was no "District of Columbia" in the options (i checked multiple times)!! I know DC is not a state, but it is where I passed NCLEX and got my first license...

Did anyone face the same issue while endorsing their DC license to CA? I tried to call CA board but had not reached them. Any suggestion would be appreciated!!

Did you also try Washington DC/District of Columbia?

Yes I did but there was no either one. I called the IT service and they said that it was a system error that was never fix. Just CHOOSE ANY STATE and the board will modify on their own. Thank you for your response!
