Endorsement Application to the state of Ohio

Hi!

Im recently applying for my nursing license endorsement to the state of Ohio. However, they are requiring to get Toefl test score of 83.

Has anyone here been waived and was able to get there license without taking it? I'm a foreign grad from the Philippines and I've been working now in the US as an RN for more than 2 years. Philippines uses english textbook and use english as a medium of instruction.

Have you tried talking to the BON? They after all are the ones who can ok a waiver

I just sent them an email asking if they can waive my application. that's the only thing I need to pass to get my licence fully endorsed. Hope to get a good news from them today. Otherwise, I have to take Toefl asap.
