I thought I would share this with all of those that are in the same situation as I am. I haven't passed the NCLEX twice already and going for the 3rd time. It's been a rough couple of months but I am still moving forward with a new attitude.
A nurse practitioner that I know told me this; Keep your head up high and don't give up. God knows why you still haven't passed the NCLEX...maybe you're just not ready yet. It doesn't matter how many times you took the test because at the end of the day, you will be the first one everyone comes to due to all the knowledge you have gained within that time you spend studying for the exam.
We don't know what went wrong during the exam; we worked so hard into passing, we have put our time, money, energy and emotion into this. But that does not mean we are failures. We get knocked down once, we pick ourselves up. Get knocked down again, pick ourselves up one more time. And if we keep getting knocked down...guess what...we will keep picking ourselves up until we get to where we want to be.
And that is passing the NCLEX & having earned the title RN at the end of our names. Guess what you guys...at the end of this journey we WILL become RN's!!!

To each of you may god bless your retention and comprehension levels so that you will all prevail and move forward in your careers! Iits a tough journey but not an impossible one. Tread on future RN's! I am just completing my final prereq, "Microbiology" and it has been by far the most challenging yet.

Welcome to the nursing world. Good luck.
