I am think about obtaining my EMT license from a community college this spring. I was just wondering if this will help at all with the acceptance to grad school some day. I am also somewhat worried. It looks as if I am going to end up with a B in Anat & Physiology I and II. Will that at all hinder my chances in getting into a crna program.

I don't think it will hinder your chances at all. There is nothing wrong with a B. I know, I had them. I actually made a C in A&P I and a B in A&P II. I am in CRNA school right now and going into all of my finals with A's in all of my classes (including A&P). Maybe you don't know how to study, maybe you are just young, etc. I also got my EMT license when I was younger. It helped through nursing school and also gave me some money while in school. Don't get too worried you have a long way to go between now and CRNA school. Just take it one day at a time.
